Program and training structure
Medicine and Surgery is a six-year, 360 CFU single-cycle program in the LM-41 class. The official regulation states that at least 60 CFU are allocated to professional training, clinical internship, and TPV activities.
The English track of the program is affiliated with the Piacenza hospital network; Ospedale Guglielmo da Saliceto can be carefully mentioned as one of the centers of this clinical context. This does not mean that the training is conducted in the city center of Parma.
OFA (Obblighi Formativi Aggiuntivi) may be assigned for low IMAT science sub-scores, and it is expected that these obligations are completed within the first year. The No-Tax Area can be applied to eligible students whose ISEE value is below €27,000 according to the official fee reference in the research file. The international student must submit the family income and asset documents, translated and with the necessary apostille/legalization, to ER.GO or the relevant system on time.
The date of November 4, 2026, for tuition reduction documents and the date of August 24, 2026, for ER.GO scholarship/dormitory are different processes. Failure to submit the documents or missing the deadlines may result in the student being charged the absolute maximum band for that year; since the maximum amount changes according to the annual rule, a fixed figure has not been given.

UniPR applies the Proportional Taxation System based on ISEE/ISEE Parificato. The first compulsory payment is €156; €140 of this is regional tax, and €16 is a virtual stamp. In the historical system reference, the fee is paid in three installments: the first payment of €156 at the registration stage, and the remaining installments for the rest of the amount if a personalized contribution is generated. ER.GO scholarship, dormitory and cafeteria applications
The correct regional education rights institution for Parma students is ER.GO Emilia-Romagna. ER.GO can provide cash scholarships, student accommodation, and cafeteria/other student services; the results depend on income, residence, and annual call conditions.
The 2026/2027 scholarship and dormitory application closes on August 24, 2026, at 07:00. Since this date comes before the IMAT result, the Turkish candidate may have to prepare foreign family income and asset documents and apply without knowing whether they will get into the program.

However, the application is not limited to IMAT registration alone: the ESSE3 diploma pre-evaluation, Universitaly IMAT/visa pre-enrollment, and ER.GO financial support processes are conducted in three separate systems.
The amount of €156 in the fee plan should not be misread. This is only the total of the first mandatory regional tax and stamp duty. If family income and asset documents are not submitted on time for the ISEE Certification, the annual contribution may turn out to be much higher; the current absolute maximum should be checked from the annual UniPR regulations.
