Privacy Policy

This policy explains how your personal information is processed when you use IMAT Academy services. It is provided for general information.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Information we collect

When you use our services, we may process your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp details, account and login information, mock-test or plan requests, and messages submitted through the contact form.

To operate and protect the platform, we may retain technical logs such as IP address, browser and device information, access times and error records. Depending on your cookie preferences, usage and analytics data may also be processed.

2. How we use information

We use information to create accounts, provide mock-test access and platform services, respond to support requests, assist with plans and payment processes, maintain security and prevent misuse.

Where permitted, we may use anonymous or aggregated usage data to measure platform performance, resolve errors and improve the product experience.

3. Cookies and analytics tools

Cookies required for sessions and security features may be used. When analytics consent is provided, tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may help us understand how pages are used.

When advertising-measurement consent is provided, Google Ads and the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel may be used to measure campaign conversions. The OpenAI Ads Pixel is not loaded before this consent is given; measurement stops when consent is withdrawn.

You can change your preferences for non-essential cookies through the Cookie Preferences tool on the site. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing that was lawfully carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Service providers and data sharing

To the extent required to provide the service, information may be shared with hosting and infrastructure providers, email and communication tools, analytics providers, the payment provider and the education-platform infrastructure.

Only information required for the relevant service is shared with these parties. We do not sell personal information to third parties for advertising. Information may be disclosed where required by law or requested by an authorised authority.

5. Retention

Personal information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, respond to requests, preserve security records and meet applicable legal obligations. When that period ends, information is deleted, anonymised or access to it is restricted.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and use by children

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing, and withdraw consent you have given.

Students below the legal age of majority should use the service with the knowledge of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Contact and updates

You may send privacy requests to destek@imatacademy.org. We may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity and request.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The current text and update date are published on this page.
