1. Scope of the service
IMAT Academy is an independent education platform that provides IMAT preparation content, question practice, mock tests, study guides, performance analysis and related information.
2. Relationship with official bodies
IMAT Academy is not the official body that administers IMAT, a university, MUR, Universitaly, Cambridge, CINECA or another Italian public authority, and does not make decisions on behalf of those organisations.
3. Educational and informational purpose
Exam-preparation, university, quota, fee, scholarship, visa and application information on the platform is provided for educational and general informational purposes. No IMAT score, admission, scholarship, visa or university placement is guaranteed. Users are responsible for checking current official sources before taking action.
4. Account security
Users must provide accurate information when registering and keep their login details confidential. Accounts may not be shared. Suspected unauthorised use should be reported to the support team.
5. Trial and plan access
Access to some features may depend on a free-trial entitlement or the scope and duration of the selected plan. Plan, price and access information is displayed on the relevant screen before purchase. Payment and refund processes are governed by the terms presented during the transaction and applicable law.
6. Content and intellectual-property rights
Questions, mock tests, explanations, guides, images, analyses and other materials on the platform may not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold or distributed without permission. Users receive only a limited right to use them for personal educational purposes.
7. Prohibited uses
Automated data collection or scraping, bypassing security measures, damaging the system, sharing account or access information, reproducing content without permission, and using the platform for unlawful purposes are prohibited.
8. Changes to services and content
The exam system, official dates and institutional practices may change. Platform features and content may also be updated for accuracy, security or user experience. Important changes will be communicated where appropriate.
9. Limitation of liability
IMAT Academy takes reasonable care to keep content accurate and current, but cannot be held responsible for subsequent changes made by official bodies, interruptions to third-party services, or decisions made without checking current official requirements.
