However, verification does not mean that the candidate has received the required result in IMAT, has gained the right to final registration or that the consulate will issue a visa.

In order to start a bachelor's degree or single-cycle degree program in Italy, a qualification that gives the right to enter higher education and represents at least 12 years of education in total is required. Candidates who are still in their final year of high school can start the process with a temporary graduation or expected graduation certificate accepted by the university; The final diploma is requested later. Summary is one of the basic documents of the D type student visa file. The presence of the word “conditional” in the document may indicate that the process is dependent on subsequent conditions such as IMAT result, diploma, language certificate or final registration. The consulate also requires financial qualification, accommodation, health insurance and other documents depending on the country/applicant. The IMAT selection and placement system continues for English-taught Medicine and Surgery programs. Non-EU abroad candidates continue to follow Universitaly, single university choice, separate quota and visa procedures.
